You tum to see a rather frazzled yet well dressed woman walk out of the old warehouse you were passing by, smoke billows out of the building behind her. You turn and raise an eyebrow at the strange woman as she rambles on.
“Sorry, I was just working on the finishing touches of my world rewriter device when the darn thing blew up and blasted me! So, basically the part that blew up was the servant trainer and set it so the next person I saw would be bound to me as my master. Anyways, long story short is that I was about to use my invention to give me complete control of the entire worlds population, but now I can't do anything unless you tell me to, so why don't you come inside and tell me to take over the world for you?”
The woman leads you inside and your eyes adjust to the dim light as you take in the machine. Various clunky devices straight from a sci-fi novel take up the entire warehouse, connected by hoses and wires.
“Make yourself comfortable, I'll just be a minute or two to replace the faulty wiring.”
True to her word, the woman returns to you after messing around with the damaged panel and securing the hatch tightly with duct tape. She leads you to a set of black couches in the corner and sits down.
“So, now that you're my master, you get to decide how the new world works after my machine is done. The original game plan was to beam the knowledge of mind control directly into some of the population and have them enforce my rule while I sit back and enjoy my world. However, when I tried to boot up the machine on full power, it blew up! So, in hindsight, you'll probably have to run it on a fraction of the power I tried using if you don't want this warehouse to detonate. I would say you probably have about 25 power to mess around with.”

“How will the tists control the population?”
Pocket Watch
Cost: FreePossibly the grandfather of all methods. Doesn't need to be a pocke-twatch, anything can work as a pendulum.
Spirals
Cost: 1Another classic, just stare at the spiral and let your worries drift away.
TV Conditioning
Cost: 3Good ol' subliminal messaging. Great if you want people to buy something from you.
Propaganda
Cost: 3More subliminal messaging, but this time on paper!
Music
Cost: 3No, you don't have to keep playing the music the whole time to keep them under, just long enough until it's all they can think about.
Dance
Cost: 1Pairs great with music! Normally the tist dances in a way to lull the mind of the sub, but you can also force the sub to dance their mind away if you wanted.
Body Parts
Cost: 1Titnosis or Dicknosis. Basically using your body as a hypnotic focus. Personally, I don't see how it's that different from dancing, but other tists disagree.
Hypnotic Eyes
Cost: 1Ever wanted to silence someone with a glance? Well now you can, and much more!
Radio Towers
Cost: 4Not to be confused with the radio itself, this option is more of a giant AOE ray gun. Only downside is it can't move.

Cost: 3Effective if put in the water supply, or for starting your own soda company.

Cost: 2The classic aerial attack on the brain. Typically paired with arousal.

Cost: 2A little toy gun that shoots hypnotic lasers. Pew Pew, you're a robot now!

Cost: 3Is it an alien species? Maybe a mass of nanobots? Nobody really knows, but they do know that it can consume and assimilate a target in seconds.

Cost: 4Like the common cold, but less sneezing and more “Yes master.”

Allows the creation of fantasy diseases. You want vampires or zombies? Maybe Werewolves are your thing.

Cost: 1Pen and paper for your free will. You don't even need to hide it in the fine print, there's a surprising amount of people who will sign their free will away for next to nothing.
Plants
Cost: 2Tists will be able to design plants with limited sentience to do their bidding. Works great with hypnotic gas.
Animals
Cost: 2Hypnotic snakes are always a classic. Or maybe you just want to give a monkey a ray gun, go ahead, I won't judge.

Allows you to create animals that didn't exist before. Maybe you want pokemon to enslave a town, or aliens to invade.
Possession
Cost: 2A win-win situation. By helping a lost soul find a new body, the lost soul will no doubt be willing to use the body however the tist says.
Parasites
Cost: 3A wide range, from creepy crawlies to bacteria, these creatures will pilot a body and mind with ease.
Magic
Cost: 4Alright, so a lot of these options were already pretty much magic, but this is the kind of wave your hands and they're under your control magic.
Effects of Control
“Now for the fun part, what will the tists be able to change about the subs? These option only effect those over 18. Those under 18 will simply ignore what's happening.”
Mini-tist
Cost: 2Lets the subjects spread the hypnosis themselves, often at a weaker level. Great for more personalized methods like pocket watches or ray guns.
Triggers
Cost: 1Allows them to implant triggers in the subjects that can be used to control the other effects.
Clothing Conform
Cost: 1Allows the tist to designate a form of dress, or a form of undress.
Alter Memories
Cost: 3Allows the fist to temporarily add or block memories of a subject. Really get down to the bottom of nature versus nurture.
Alter Appearance
Cost: 2Allows tists to change the outward appearance of a subject. Things like hair length, eye color, facial structure, that kind of thing.
Alter Body
Cost: 2Change a personals internal features such as weight, height, fitness, sex, etc. This is restricted to human proportions, so no animal features or four foot dicks.

Cost: 3(Requires Alter Body)
Allows nonhuman proportions. Yes, you can turn the world into furries, but you gotta get them under your control first.
Alter Awareness
Cost: 2Allows the tist to make the subject either aware or unaware of the control over them. Can be fine tuned for each effect the tist has over the subject.

Allows the tist to change what the subject believes is normal or abnormal

“How should humanity react to being controlled? You can select multiple for each type of conditioning. This only changes how they feel while being controlled, there are perks later to change how they feel normally.”
Realistic
Cost: FreePeople will react completely normally, as if they aren't being controlled

Cost: 1This can range from mild anger to a full on rage. I hope there's some way to control their actions or this is going to hurt.

Cost: 4It's no big deal to them, just another part of their day.

Cost: 4They can't react to it since they're not even aware it's happened.

Cost: 4Nothing like a little brain scrambling to put you in a good mood.

Cost: 3A reasonable reaction considering the nature of most of the changes this machine can make.

“Of course, as easy as it is to control people, there are also forces that seek to break the people of their mind control. Personally, I welcome this. Hypnotizing is the fun part, so it gets kind of bland once you control everyone, ya'know? Pick at least one unless you chose permanent for control time.”

Cost: 3The universe itself tries to resist. Whether a loud twig manages to snap them out of it or someone around them coincidentally says the trigger word to undo the conditioning, people will find themselves freed through sheer coincidence.

Cost: 2Whether its the police or a special anti-hypno taskforce, the government works hard to keep it's citizens minds free.
World Perks
“So, my machine can actually do a whole lot more than just mind control people, it also has some reality warping features which should let you alter humanity as a whole.”
Human Durability
Cost: 2Gives humanity literal thick skin. Good against most temperature extremes and basic injuries. Useful for states of undress or crawling.
No diseases
Cost: 2I hate being sick, so I was just going to remove all of that, including STDs. Don't worry, I'll leave any mind control diseases that you picked alone.
Good Digestion
Cost: 2This makes it so food eaten is fully used, no more waste products and a greatly reduced need to eat. Alternatively, you can reverse the effect of this perk and make the human body produce more waste, or make the body only produce one kind.
Happy Parents
Cost: 2Gives humans full control of their own fertility and virility. Even under heavy brainwashing a subject will still know whether they would want a child as if they were fully lucid.
Good Fun
Cost: 3Makes the world a more lighthearted place. The tists care about the well being of the world and those under their control.
Functional Society
Cost: 3Ensures that no matter how enslaved the global population is, the world and society at large will still function just fine.
Peacetime
Cost: 4Ensures that no war or famine will ever disrupt the world again.
Just another day
Cost: 2Makes the public view mind control as a everyday part of life. It's an inconvenience at worst and a welcome break from the monotony at best.
Relaxed Laws
Cost: 2Law enforcement are sympathetic to those under control. Anything done as a result of mind control will be ignored by the law.
World Drawbacks
“These are some side effects the machine causes. Normally it automatically resists them, but by letting the side effects happen you should be able to reclaim some power. These overpower any perks you might have.”
Brain Melting
Gain: 3Slowly decreases the brain functionality of the subjects over several years. Eventually they'll hardly be able to even follow orders.
Aggressive tists
Gain: 4Control itself isn't enough for the tists. They won't stop until they've torn down everything they cant control.
Crumbling Society
Gain: 4It's hard to focus on work when you're so busy focusing on pleasing your new master. Expect shortages in pretty much everything when a tist gains power.
Realistic Hypnosis
Gain: 3Tones down the mind control powers closer to a realistic level of hypnosis. It will take a while to control anyone, the duration is limited, and it's super easy to resist.
Rules are Rules
Gain: 3Law enforcment and the legal system wont care if someone was being controlled, if they break the law they're getting the book thrown at them. That doesn't mean tists get off scott free, they'll also be blamed for all crimes they made people commit.
Reduced Limits
Gain: 3Normally even the most devious tist will be given a strong urge not to permanently harm a person. This removes that urge and allows them to command the subjects to hurt themselves and others non-fataly.
No Limits
Gain: 4(Requires Reduced limits)
Allows the tists to give fatal orders. All it's going to take is one crazed tist and the worlds kinda fucked. Are you sure you want this?
Permanent Commands
Gain: 4All commands given are permanent and can't be overwritten by anyone, even the tist. This means that if someone were to be ordered to stay naked, they would never be able to wear clothes again, even after the trance wore off.
Reflection
Gain: 2Honestly this one is kind of fun. Any commands given by a tist also affect themselves at about a quarter power. Good at keeping the tists from going too far but also stops them from doing much at all.
